    Every Cloud Haven bottle is blended in our Camrose facility, capped, batch-coded, and shelved in the same building you ordered from. That's not a marketing claim — it's the only way we know how to do it.

    One recipe, two formats

    Most of the line ships side-by-side as salt nic and freebase. The flavour profile is the same — only the nicotine chemistry changes. Pick salt for pod kits at 10–20 mg; pick freebase for tanks at 3–6 mg.

    Built around the legal ceiling

    Canada caps retail nicotine at 20 mg/mL. Our house range tops out there, and runs all the way down to 0 mg for anyone tapering off. No gimmick strengths, no offshore variants.

    Mixed and bottled at our Camrose, Alberta facility. The same building handles inventory, fulfilment, and customer support — every bottle on the site is on hand, not drop-shipped.

  • Do you sell every flavour in both salt nic and freebase?

    Most of the line ships in both. The product page shows all available variants — if a flavour exists only in one format, that's because the recipe doesn't translate cleanly. We don't fake it.

  • How long does a Cloud Haven bottle stay fresh?

    Two years from the bottling date printed on the cap, stored away from heat and direct sun. Refrigeration isn't required — but if you've left a bottle on a sunny windowsill for a month, the colour will tell on you.

  • What's the difference between Indisposable, 4 Stroke, and the Originals?

    Indisposable is the candy-leaning line — Strawberry, Blueberry, Blue Razz, Banana, Double Mint, Root B. 4 Stroke is a numbered series of refined dessert/fruit profiles. The Originals are the rest of the house range — singles outside any named series.

  • Can I get Cloud Haven e-liquid in the ICED variant?
