Disposables are the easiest way to start. You buy one, you use it, you throw it away. Nothing to learn. That simplicity is also why they cost more over a month than a kit you fill yourself.
Refillables aren't complicated. You buy the device once, refill it from a bottle, swap the pod every couple of weeks. The flavour you like stays the same. Your monthly spend drops by half or more.
